Today, we have multiple businesses operating under the Sunny Corner Enterprises umbrella — including Concordia Business Facilitators. Since our founding, we have undergone change, but our guiding principles of Trust, Honesty, and the use of Fair Business Ethics have never wavered.
Our success is built on the foundation laid by our previous owners. Today, we remain deliberate about nurturing these values and our relationship as an ownership team. We started Concordia to help fellow business owners explore, prepare for, and navigate the transitions we all face.
Since 1965, Sunny Corner Enterprises has worked hand-in-hand with clients from all over the world to expertly and safely build, manufacture, and provide the tools, materials, and infrastructure needed to make projects come to life. Since our founding, we have grown from a small plumbing and heating company, into an Integrated Project (MPEI – Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation) Contractor. Today we are proud to be a full-service ISO Certified Steel Fabrication, Industrial Supplies Provider, Industrial Electrical, and sophisticated Mechanical Contracting firm.
Initially focused on serving the pulp and paper industries, we have since diversified to serve the Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Mining industries. During this steady evolution, the world around us has changed, but the guiding principles of Trust, Respect, Urgency, Safety, and Teamwork have remained our moral compass throughout.
