Jol Hunter, Founder & Partner
For over four decades, Jol has helped position business families and professional service firms for success. Growing up in an intergenerational family business, he learned at an early age that strong relationships were not only the bedrock of a thriving family but also a thriving business.
While a partner at a national firm, this perspective helped Jol excel at developing harmonious teams that could nurture client relationships and deliver more revenue. Today, Jol is an owner of M4 Holdings — a diverse multigenerational business that includes Concordia Business Facilitators.
Emily Zych, Senior Business Advisor
Emily draws on her international experience in brand-building and communication to help position business families and owners for success. As a consultant in France, she helped owners navigate transition by defining clear and compelling values for their families and their businesses.
With a particular focus on young leaders, she now works alongside Jol, helping business families, non-family partnerships, and owner-operators in North America communicate more effectively, define their stories, and achieve their goals.
